Execute and optimize cryptocurrency arbitrage strategies in a high-frequency trading environment. Collaborate globally, innovate trading solutions, and grow toward managing your own book in a dynamic, 24/7 market.

What You'll Do:

Manage exchange relationships for margin requirements, coin borrows, and trade reconciliations.Â Â
Execute and support internal and external trading needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.Â Â
Collaborate with trading, middle office, and finance teams to ensure accurate trade booking and reconciliation.Â Â
Conduct research and development of new trading strategies, including idea generation, back-testing, and implementation.Â Â
Perform quantitative analysis to enhance existing trading strategies and support data-driven decision-making.Â Â
Monitor live trading programs, analyze performance, and troubleshoot operational issues.Â Â
Investigate cryptocurrency market products to identify and implement the best solutions for trading strategies.Â Â

Responsibilities:

Acting as a critical link between exchange partners, internal teams, and the trading desk.Â Â
Providing analytical insights to optimize trading strategies and boost performance.Â Â
Driving improvements in trade execution, margin management, and risk oversight.Â Â

Requirements:Â Â

Passionate about cryptocurrency markets, trading, and emerging financial technologies.Â Â
Experienced in high-frequency trading, derivatives, or cryptocurrency markets.Â Â
Proficient in Python, C++, and data technologies like Excel, with strong quantitative skills.Â Â
Skilled in data analysis, mathematical modeling, and machine learning (a plus).Â Â
Motivated to contribute to strategy development, optimization, and market innovation.Â Â
